Terms & Conditions Of Sale [2026]

 

  1. Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned after purchase.
  2. The right of admission is reserved.
  3. Management reserve the right to alter or in the event of adverse weather conditions to curtail or cancel the performance.
  4. Lost, Stolen or Counterfeit tickets will not be replaced.
  5. Gates open to weekend ticket holders at 2pm on Friday 22 May and they may depart no later than midday on Bank Holiday Monday 25 May.
  6. Day ticket holders are not permitted to camp or stay overnight at the festival.
  7. Gates close strictly for entry and re-entry at 9pm on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday night.
  8. Under 18’s will not be served alcohol and those who appear under 21 may be challenged and refused if proof of age cannot be produced.
  9. Strictly no glass allowed anywhere in the festival and taking your own alcohol into the festival arena is prohibited.
  10. Strictly no fireworks or fire lanterns allowed on site.
  11. Strobe lighting may be used at the festival.
  12. Animals are not permitted on site (except Guide Dogs or Assistance Dogs on application)
  13. No generators and no unauthorised sound systems on site, including in campsites.
  14. Management reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme if necessary.
  15. In the event of a cancellation you will either be refunded the face value of tickets or tickets would be valid for rescheduled dates. Fisherman’s Friends Festival shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred including, but not limited to, accommodation or transport costs.
  16. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and persons deemed to be carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities are likely to be ejected without refund.
  17. Persons who have gained access to the festival site without a valid ticket or permission or have gained access by fraudulent means, may be searched and will be evicted.
  18. Fisherman’s Friends Festival will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
  19. All vehicles and persons entering site will be liable to be searched.
  20. Fisherman’s Friends Festival takes place in an outdoor, rural location. There are roads and pathways on site but the landscape can be difficult to traverse, especially if the weather is bad.
  21. As a condition of sale, all ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded for festival promotion.
  22. The festival reserves the right to amend entry requirements and policies as required by Government or Public Health England relating to Covid-19

PROHIBITED ITEMS

This list is not exhaustive. There are also items which are considered inappropriate to bring due to them being either illegal, against the community nature of the festival or contrary to Licence. Please do not bring any of these to the Fisherman’s Friends Festival:

Glass – no glass is allowed onsite for safety reasons in campsites or the Arena
Generators
No pets
Unauthorised professional film or video equipment
Fireworks, Flares or Paper Lanterns
Drones
Illegal substances
Any items which may reasonable be considered for use as a weapon
Unauthorised sound systems (this includes traders, staff and performers)

ALCOHOL

You can bring a reasonable amount of alcohol for personal consumption in the campsites. Only alcohol purchased in the Arena can be consumed in the Arena. There will be a fully stocked independent Bar showcasing local products and selling a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
